LOGISTICS and DELIVERY
The artworks are protected for shipping with cardboard, bubble wrap, and additional protection if necessary.
For other countries worldwide, shipping costs may vary depending on the size of the artwork and will be displayed on the screen. If the carrier is shown as unavailable, please contact MIBIYO Creations to check whether shipping is possible to your country.
Customs fees: If you reside outside the European Union, customs duties or import VAT may be required. It is recommended to contact your country’s customs office for verification.
The shipping method is tracked Colissimo with signature on delivery (shipment upon receipt of payment; the delivery time is approximately 72 hours for FRANCE and 5/6 days for the European Union). The parcel is shipped with insurance covering the value of the artwork.
However, the delivery time may vary if the artwork is temporarily moved for events (gallery exhibitions) or if service providers are unable to meet their usual delivery deadlines (strikes, public holidays, technical or logistics issues). In this case, MIBIYO Creations cannot be held responsible, and you will be informed by email of any delivery delay.
If the delivery person presents a damaged, torn, or punctured parcel, it is recommended to refuse it so that it is returned to MIBIYO Creations and a compensation procedure can be initiated. The artwork will then be refunded to you. If you accept the parcel and the artwork is damaged inside, proof (photo) will be required so that MIBIYO Creations can refund you.
For large formats, MIBIYO Creations will use its usual carrier. Insurance is also included.
The artwork is delivered to your home. If you are absent, you have 10 to 15 days to collect it from the Post Office. If you decide not to collect the artwork, it will automatically be returned to MIBIYO Creations. In this case, the original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
4) EXCHANGE OR REFUND
You have a withdrawal period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your parcel (Article L121-16 of the French Consumer Code) to return the artwork if it does not meet your expectations. Return and packaging costs are at your expense.
Once the artwork is received, MIBIYO Creations will issue a refund only if it is in its original condition. If the artwork has been damaged, stained, or altered by you, it cannot be refunded. It is recommended to return the artwork in its original packaging and via registered Colissimo with insurance equal to the value of the artwork, so that compensation can be issued by the carrier if it arrives damaged.
MIBIYO Creations will refund the artwork within a maximum of 14 days upon receipt of the parcel (return costs are not refunded), regardless of the artwork’s price. MIBIYO Creations does not accept returns sent COD (cash on delivery).
For any return request, you must contact MIBIYO Creations, who will send you a return label with insured shipment.
Upon receipt of the artwork, MIBIYO Creations will refund it, deducting the cost of the return shipping. If the artwork was damaged during return transport, it will also be refunded.
