1) Prices
The prices displayed on the MIBIYO Créations website are listed in euros (all French taxes included). You may choose to change your currency on the site.
2) Payment
Accepted payment methods:
- Credit card (secure payment)
- PayPal (secure payment, including 4-installment payment)
3) Logistics & Delivery
Shipping costs for EU countries may vary and will be shown at checkout. Shipping costs for non-EU countries also vary based on format and destination.
Customs fees: For non-EU residents, customs duties or import VAT may apply. Please check with your local customs office.
Shipping method (France): Colissimo tracked delivery with signature. Delivery estimate: approx. 72h for France / 5 days within the EU. All artworks are shipped with insurance.
Important: Delivery delays may occur during exhibitions, strikes, holidays, or technical issues. You will be notified by email if a delay occurs.
If a damaged parcel is presented: Refuse it. It will be returned to MIBIYO Créations and a compensation claim will be initiated.
Large formats are shipped via a dedicated carrier, insured.
If you are absent during delivery, you have 10–15 days to collect the parcel. If the parcel is returned to MIBIYO Créations due to non-collection, outbound shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
4) Exchange or Refund
You have a 14-day withdrawal period from the day you receive your parcel (Article L121-16 of the French Consumer Code). Return shipping fees are your responsibility.
A refund is issued only if the artwork is returned in its original condition. Damaged, dirtied, or altered artworks cannot be refunded.
Returning the artwork in its original packaging with insured tracking is recommended.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return (return shipping is not refunded). Cash-on-delivery returns are not accepted.
For return requests, contact MIBIYO Créations—an insured return label will be provided.
5) Intellectual Property
All artworks and texts are protected by copyright. No reproduction, commercial use, or distribution is allowed without prior written consent.
The artist’s original artworks are unique pieces protected by INPI.
All client information is confidential and never shared or sold. Payments are secure.

1. Personal Information Collected
You must provide certain information to process your order: name, email, postal address, and payment details. Credit card data is encrypted and never accessible to MIBIYO Créations.

VI) Artwork Care Instructions
Handling
For textured artworks (plaster, glue), always hold the painting by the frame.
Cleaning
Lay the artwork flat. Do not use chemicals or water. Dust gently with a feather duster or dry cloth.
Check the hanging string and hooks occasionally.
Temperature & Humidity
Avoid direct sunlight, fireplaces, damp rooms, or areas with strong temperature changes.

MIBIYO Créations is not responsible for allergies related to materials used. Each product listing includes the artwork composition.
Canvas frames may shift over time. Corner wedges may fall during transport—reinsert gently if needed.
